Distribution of Mandatory scent to be used and related materials: To be picked up at 1999NE 148th Street, from February 6th to the 17th from 9AM to 5PM. Please ask for Betina.
Competition Presentation and Seminar: February 14th, 2017 at 2PM at MAC Homestead. (Attendance is optional)
Submission of Pieces: For MAC Homestead students, please submit your piece to the school on Friday, March 23rd before the of the day
All other students’ artwork is to be submitted on Friday, March 23rd from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM at 1993 NE 148TH Street North Miami FL, 33181.
Award Ceremony and Reception: March 31th, 2017 @ 5:30PM. The Exhibit will be held at MAC Homestead.

Retrieval Pieces: MAC Homestead students will be able to collect their artwork at school beginning on April 3rd.
All other students must pick up their artwork from the Doctor Aromas office, starting on April 3rd to the 7th between 9AM to 5PM at 1993 NE 148th Street, Miami, FL 33181. After this date, all pieces not retrieved will become the property of Doctor Aromas.
Please note that pieces awarded monetary prizes will remain the property of the Doctor Aromas Foundation.
Competition Presentation & Seminar: Doctor Aromas will conduct a 45 minutes Competition Presentation & Aroma Seminar for students who may want to attend at MAC Homestead on February 14th at 2PM. Students will be presented with the competition rules and may ask questions during the Q&A portion. The Aroma Seminar portion shall serve as a platform for learning about how scents and fragrances are created for use in our everyday lives, how our senses are triggered by aromas and how they affect our senses.
